These Terms govern your use of CareNest (the "Service"), a family care organization app. The Service is provided by NSR WEB ("we", "us"). When you use CareNest you are contracting with NSR WEB.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use CareNest on behalf of a household, you confirm you have authority to accept them, and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
CareNest helps families plan routines, meals, school, activities and caregiver instructions, and share them with invited caregivers. CareNest is an organization and communication tool only. It does not provide medical, health, legal or childcare advice, and information entered by parents is not verified by us.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Parents or admins are responsible for who they invite into their family and for the information they share with caregivers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or to harm children or others;
- fraud, spam or impersonation;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits;
- reselling or redistributing the Service.
5. Intellectual property
NSR WEB owns the Service and all related software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CareNest within your subscription. You keep ownership of the content you enter and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
CareNest Family is offered as a subscription: a 2-day free trial, then $27/month, cancel anytime. The subscription belongs to the family; caregivers invited by a parent do not pay.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your family keeps access until the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access if it remains unpaid. See our Refund Policy.
7. Service availability
We work to keep CareNest reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NSR WEB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of data or profits), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury.
